Trend Editor

A trend configuration on a P2 panel can reference another P2 Trigger point on a different P2 panel or on a BACnet panel. Cross Trunk support in the Trend Editor only supports another P2 Trigger point.

Referencing P2 Points

If you are referencing a P2 Trigger point from another P2 panel, you can drag-and-drop a point from another P2 trunk.

Referencing BACnet Points

The Trend Enable point may be a Cross Trunk, however, it must be configured at the panel. Using a BACnet point as the Trend Enable point is of limited value, Because BACnet multi-state points do not have a “0” value in the text table, they cannot use the “0” state (No Trend); therefore, using BACnet points as the Trend Enable point is of limited value. Only an analog points can be used, and its values will be interpreted as one of the following:

-No Trend, or

-Trend
